Signature Bank founded in 2001, is a New York-based full service commercial bank. The Bank serves the needs of privately owned business clients, the owners and senior managers. Signature Bank offers a variety of business and personal banking products and services through the bank as well as investment, brokerage, asset management and insurance products and services through its subsidiary, Signature Securities Group Corporation, a licensed broker-dealer and investment adviser. This seamless financial services solution is delivered through a private client group structure focused on combining smaller bank service levels and responsiveness with large bank experience and capabilities. It is a full-service commercial bank with offices in the five boroughs of New York City, as well as Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties.
