Signature Bank is a full service commercial bank, which offers business and personal banking products and services, as well as investment, brokerage, asset management and insurance products and services through its subsidiary.

Signature Bank is a New York-based full service commercial bank founded in 2001. The Bank serves the needs of privately owned business clients, owners and senior managers. The Bank offers business banking and personal banking products and services as well as investment, brokerage, asset management and insurance products and services through its subsidiary, Signature Securities Group Corporation, a licensed broker-dealer and investment adviser. Through Signature Securities, the Bank purchases, securitizes and sells the guaranteed portions of U.S. Small Business Administration loans. Through its Signature Financial subsidiary, a specialty finance company based in Melville, Long Island, the Bank offers financing and leasing products to clients located throughout the United States. Signature Financial's products include equipment finance and leasing, transportation financing, taxi medallion financing, commercial marine financing, and national franchise financing.
