Shoe Carnival Inc is a family footwear retailer. It offers customers an assortment of moderately priced dress, casual and athletic footwear for men, women and children.

Shoe Carnival Inc is an Indiana corporation that was initially formed in Delaware in 1993 and reincorporated in Indiana in 1996. It is a family footwear retailer, providing the convenience of shopping at any of its 400 store locations or online. It offers customers dress, casual and athletic footwear for men, women and children with emphasis on national and regional name brands. It also offers online shopping on its e-commerce site at www.shoecarnival.com. It offers selection of value priced footwear for the entire family. Its stores carry an average of approximately 27,100 pairs of shoes featuring current-season name brand footwear, supplemented with private label merchandise. Its e-commerce site offers customers an opportunity to choose from a selection of products in all of the same categories of footwear, and introduces its concept to consumers who are new to Shoe Carnival, in both existing and new markets. It operates a single 410,000 square foot distribution center located in Evansville, Indiana.It competes with department stores, shoe stores, sporting goods stores, online retailers and mass merchandisers. Its trademarks include Shoe Carnival and associated trade dress and related logos, The Carnival, Donna Lawrence, Victoria Spenser, Innocence, UNR8ED, Solanz, Cabrizi, Shoe Perks, SC Work Wear, and Laces for Learning.
