The Company is a manufacturer and digital retailer of personalized products and services offered through a family of lifestyle brands. Shutterfly also operates an online marketplace for high-quality photographic and video equipment rentals and provides enterprise services: printing and shipping of direct marketing and other variable data print products and formats. The Company operates seven trusted premium lifestyle brands: Shutterfly, Tiny Prints, Wedding Paper Divas, ThisLife, MyPublisher, BorrowLenses and Groovebook. Shutterfly provides digital personalized photo products and services. TinyPrints is an online cards and stationery boutique, offering stylish announcements, invitations and personal stationery for every occasion. Wedding Paper Divas offers stylish and personalized save the dates, wedding invitations, thank you cards, bridal invitations and more-all designed by artists in the industry. ThisLife is a new service that gathers and organizes photos and videos to share and enjoy. MyPublisher creates custom photo books, share great memories and tell your story using photos. BorrowLenses is an online marketplace for photographic and video equipment rentals. Groovebook is a mobile photo book app subscription service that sends customers a keepsake book of mobile photos each month. The Company generates revenue by producing and selling professionally-bound photo books, greeting and stationery cards, personalized calendars, other photo-based merchandise and high-quality prints ranging in size from wallet-sized to jumbo-sized 20x30 enlargements. The Company competes with Snapfish, Vistaprint, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Apple iCloud, Google Photos, and Flickr.
