Soupman Inc manufactures and sells soups to grocery chains, educational institutions and franchisees under its brand The Original Soupman. The Company sells its soups in Tetra-Recart self-stable cartons.

Soupman Inc was incorporated in the state of Nevada on December 2, 2008. On January 31, 2011, it reincorporated in Delaware and changed its name from Passport Arts, Inc. to Soupman, Inc. The Company manufactures and sells soups under the 'Original SoupMan' brand. It sells its soups in a Tetra-Recart self stable packaging in the canned soup aisle where 'heat & serve' retail soup purchases are made. The Company has franchised and licensed restaurants in specifically designated heavy traffic locations such as casinos, airports, and other travel destinations including the Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut. It sells the Original SoupMan soups in bulk 8 lb. frozen 'heat 'n serve' pouches to its franchised and licensed restaurants. The bulk 8 lb. pouches are also used for the Original SoupMan soups and products which it sells to the New York City Public School system. It competes directly with national and regional soup wholesalers, marketers of frozen packaged goods and regional retail soup chains. In addition, it competes indirectly with other food-service companies, including fast-food restaurants, delicatessens, take-out food service companies, supermarkets and convenience stores.
