SPS Commerce Inc is a provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions, providing network-integrations and comprehensive retail performance analytics to thousands of customers.

SPS Commerce Inc was incorporated as St. Paul Software, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, on January 28, 1987. On May 30, 2001, the Company reincorporated in Delaware under the name, SPS Commerce, Inc. The Company is a provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions, providing integrations and comprehensive retail performance analytics to thousands of customers. The Company provides its solutions through the SPS Commerce platform, a cloud-based software suite that improves the way suppliers, retailers, distributors and other customers manage and fulfill orders. The delivery model enables its customers to easily interact with their trading partners around the world without the local implementation and servicing of software that traditional on-premise solutions require. Its delivery model also enables it to offer greater functionality, integration and reliability with less cost and risk than traditional solutions. The Company had approximately 23,000 customers. Cloud service vendors compete with traditional on-premise software companies and managed service providers.
