Stag Industrial, Inc., was incorporated in Maryland on July 21, 2010. Its predecessor business has acquired over 200 properties since 2003. These investments were made through four private equity real estate funds, Fund I, Fund II, Fund III and Fund IV. The Company was formed to acquire the assets and operations of predecessor business.
