The Company provides professional consulting services in the infrastructure and facilities market on a fee-for-service basis, while participating in various models of alternative project delivery. By focusing on a multidisciplinary service delivery, it also supports clients throughout the project life cycle—from the initial conceptualization and financial feasibility to project completion and beyond. Most research and development is conducted in the areas of infrastructure evaluation and management systems, hydraulic modeling of water and wastewater systems, pavement evaluation and management systems, and wastewater treatment.
