Skyworks Solutions Inc was incorporated in Delaware in 1962. The Company changed its corporate name from Alpha Industries, Inc. to Skyworks Solutions, Inc. on June 25, 2002. The Company, together with its consolidated subsidiaries is an innovator of high reliability analog and mixed signal semiconductors. The Companys portfolio consists of amplifiers, attenuators, battery chargers, circulators, DC/DC converters, demodulators, detectors, diodes, directional couplers, front-end modules, hybrids, infrastructure radio frequency, or RF, subsystems, isolators, LED drivers, mixers, modulators, optocouplers, optoisolators, phase shifters, PLLs/synthesizers/VCOs, power dividers/combiners, power management devices, receivers, switches, voltage regulators and technical ceramics. The Company generates revenue from United States, China, Taiwan, South Korea and Asia Pacific.
