Tallgrass Energy Partners LP owns, operates, acquires & develops midstream energy assets. The Company provides crude oil transportation to customers in Wyoming, Colorado, and the surrounding regions through Pony Express.

Tallgrass Energy Partners is a young master limited partnership that focuses opportunistically on growth through acquisition and development of natural gas and crude oil transportation, as well as natural gas processing assets. TEP operates and has participating interests in some of the more strategically important midstream assets in the Bakken and Rockies (for example, the REX and Pony Express lines). Growth in the partnership is driven by a privately held development arm, which also owns the majority of the publicly traded general partner.
