Time Inc is a media company engaged in publication of magazines such as TIME, PEOPLE, Sports Illustrated, InStyle, Real Simple, Travel + Leisure & FOOD & WINE. Its franchises include FORTUNE 500, TIME 100 & PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive, among others.

Time Inc a media company incorporated in Delaware on November 28, 1922. The Company together with its subsidiaries is engaged in publication of magazines. The Company brands include People, Sports Illustrated, InStyle, Time, Real Simple, Southern Living, Entertainment Weekly, Travel + Leisure, Cooking Light, Fortune and Food & Wine, as well as more than 50 diverse titles in the United Kingdom such as Decanter, Horse & Hound and Wallpaper. The Company also provides content marketing, targeted local print and digital advertising programs, branded book publishing and marketing and support services, including subscription sales services for magazines and other products, retail distribution and marketing services and customer service and fulfillment services, for company and third-party clients, including other magazine publishers. The Company publishes paid digital versions of magazines for the tablet platforms. It publishes approximately over 80 magazine titles. The Company competes with digital publishers and other forms of media, including websites, tablet editions, social media and mobile apps. The Company's business is subject to and affected by laws and regulations of U.S. federal, state and local governmental authorities as well as the laws and regulations of international countries and bodies such as the European Union (the "EU"), and these laws and regulations are subject to change.
