Tenaris SA was established on December 17, 2001. The Company is a manufacturer and supplier of steel pipe products and related services for the international energy industry as well as for other industrial applications. The Company operates through its Tubes segment, which engages in the production and sale of both seamless and welded steel tubular products and related services for the oil and gas industry, particularly oil country tubular goods (OCTG) used in drilling operations, and for other industrial applications with production processes that consist in the transformation of steel into tubular products. Its products include casing, tubing, line pipe, and mechanical and structural pipes. The Company's products are used in oil and gas, power generation, industrial and mechanical, and automotive industries, as well as in offshore and onshore applications.
