TriState Capital Holdings Inc is a bank holding company of TriState Capital Bank, which serves middle market businesses in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey and New York.

TriState Capital Holdings Inc is a bank holding company incorporated in Pennsylvania on May 25, 2006. The Company through its subsidiaries provides banking products and services serving the middle-market businesses in markets throughout the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey and New York and it also serves high-net-worth individuals on a national basis through its private banking channel. The Company also provides investment management services to institutional, sub-advisory, managed account and private clients on a national basis; and broker/dealer services to support the distribution and marketing efforts for Chartwell's proprietary investment products. The Company operates in two segments including Bank and Investment Management. The Bank segment provides commercial banking and private banking services to middle-market businesses and high-net-worth individuals through the TriState Capital Bank subsidiary. The Investment Management segment provides advisory and sub-advisory investment management services to primarily institutional plan sponsors through the Chartwell Investment Partners, LLC subsidiary and also supports distribution and marketing efforts for Chartwell's proprietary investment products through the Chartwell TSC Securities Corp subsidiary. The Company's commercial and industrial products and services include lending services and deposit products. It also offers treasury management services including business online banking, collections, fraud prevention services, electronic payment solutions, account reconcilement, and other services. It also offers lending, deposits and treasury management services for commercial real estate; and lending, deposits and cash management services for private banks. The Company faces competition from national, regional and large community banks, insurance companies and full service brokerage firms. The Company business is subject to extensive regulation and supervision regulated under federal and state law.
