TriState Capital Holdings Inc is a bank holding company of TriState Capital Bank, which serves middle market businesses in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey and New York.

TriState Capital Holdings Inc is a bank holding company incorporated in May 25, 2006. The Company through its wholly owned bank subsidiary, TriState Capital Bank, serves middle market businesses in its main markets throughout the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey and New York. It also serves high net worth individuals on a national basis through its private banking channel. It generates loans through middle market banking and private banking channels. Through Private Banking Channel, it provides loan products and services nationally to high net worth individuals which the Company source through referral relationships with independent broker-dealers, wealth managers, family office, trust companies and other financial intermediaries, and to executives and other high net worth individuals. It competes with bank and non-bank competitors, particularly regional and nationwide institutions, in originating loans, attracting deposits and providing other financial services.
