Tile Shop Holdings Inc is a retailer of manufactured & natural stone tiles, setting & maintenance materials, & related accessories. Its products include ceramic, porcelain, glass, and stainless steel manufactured tiles, among others.

Tile Shop Holdings Inc was incorporated in Delaware in June 2012. The Company offers manufactured and natural stone tiles, setting and maintenance materials, and related accessories in retail locations across much of the United States. Its assortment includes over 4,000 products that consist of natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, glass, and metal tiles. Natural stone products including marble, granite, quartz, sandstone, travertine, slate, and onyx tiles. Its tile products are sold under proprietary Rush River and Fired Earth brands. It purchased its tile products, accessories and tools directly from its network of vendors. It manufactures its own setting and maintenance materials, such as thinset, grout and sealers under its Superior brand name. It operated 114 stores in 31 states, with an average size of approximately 21,800 square feet. The Company offer a complete assortment of tile products, generally sourced directly from its vendors, including natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, glass, and metal tiles. Its assortment of trim pieces, mosaics, pencils, listellos and other products encourage its customers to make a fashion statement with their tile project. It also offers a setting and maintenance materials, such as thinset, grout, sealers, and accessories, including installation tools, shower and bath shelves, drains, and similar products. The Company sells its products under its proprietary brand names, including Superior Adhesives & Chemicals, Superior Tools & Supplies, Rush River, and Fired Earth. It purchases tile products from approximately 165 different suppliers. The Company's customers include both consumers and trade professionals.The advertising consists of digital media, direct marketing including email and postal mail, in store events, mobile and traditional media vehicles including newspaper circular/print ads, radio, television and video. The Company competes directly with national home centers that offer home improvement products. In addition, it also competes with regional and local specialty retailers of tile, factory-direct stores, privately-owned, single-site stores, and on-line only competitors. It also competes indirectly with companies that sell other types of floor coverings, including wood floors, carpet, and vinyl sheet. The Company has registered and unregistered trademarks for all of its brands, including 18 registered trademarks.
