Uni-pixel Inc is incorporated in Delaware. The Company is a production stage company delivering Performance Engineered Film(tm) (PEF) products to the display, touch screen and flexible electronics market segments. The Company recently rebranded its PEF production process as Copperhead(tm). The Company has also recently rebranded the touch sensors made with the Copperhead (tm) process as InTouch (tm )sensors. The Company makes make transparent conductive films and flexible electronic films based on its proprietary Copperhead manufacturing process for high volume, roll to roll printing of flexible thin-film conductor patterns. The Copperhead process offers precision micro-electronic circuit patterning and modification of surface characteristics over a large area on an ultra-thin, clear, flexible, plastic substrate. These films may be incorporated into touch sensors, capacitive switches, general lighting, automotive, antenna, display and shielding applications. In addition to the flexible electronic films the Company is shipping the hard coat resin and protective films for use with multiple types of devices either as protective cover films, a cover lens replacement or a conformal hard coat for plastic components. The Company sells hard coat resin and optical films under the Diamond Guard(tm) brand. The Company's trademarks are 'Unipixel', 'DiamondGuard' and 'Uniboss'.
