Viacom Inc was organized in Delaware in 2005. The Company is an entertainment content company that connects with audiences through television content across television, motion picture, online and mobile platforms in more than 165 countries and territories. The Company operates through two reporting segments; Media Networks, which includes MTV Networks and Filmed Entertainment. The Media Networks segment provides entertainment content and related products for consumers in targeted demographics attractive to advertisers, content distributors and retailers. Media Networks operates its media networks businesses through four brand groups; Music & Logo, Nickelodeon, Entertainment and BET Networks. Its operated TV channels include MTV, VH1, CMT, Logo, BET, CENTRIC, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., TeenNick, Nicktoons, Nick at Nite, Comedy Central, TV Land, SPIKE, Tr3s, Paramount Channel and VIVA & among others. The Filmed Entertainment segment produces, finances, acquires and distributes motion pictures and other entertainment content under the Paramount Pictures, Paramount Vantage, Paramount Classics, Insurge Pictures, MTV Films and Nickelodeon Movies brands.
