Its plan is to seek out and acquire under-performing and under-producing oil and gas properties owned by independent operators with the goal of creating value by improving the performance and productivity of those properties. The Company had oil and natural gas sales to five customers. The oil and gas industry is subject to heavy regulation at the federal, state and local levels.
