Delek Logistics Partners LP is a Delaware Corporation formed in April 2012 by Delek US Holdings, Inc. and its indirect subsidiary, Delek Logistics GP, LLC, its general partner. It is a limited partnership recently formed by Delek to own, operate, acquire and construct crude oil and refined products logistics and marketing assets. The Company gathers, transports and stores crude oil and market, distribute, transport and store refined products in select regions of the southeastern United States and west Texas for Delek and third parties, in support of Delek's refineries in Tyler, Texas and El Dorado, Arkansas. The Company operates in two business segments namely Pipelines and Transportation segment and its Wholesale Marketing and Terminalling segment. The Company's Pipelines and Transportation segment consists of approximately 400 miles of crude oil transportation pipelines, 48 miles of refined product pipelines, an approximately 600-mile crude oil gathering system and associated crude oil storage tanks with an aggregate of approximately 4.1 million barrels of active shell capacity. The Lion Pipeline System primarily consists of the Magnolia Pipeline system, the Magnolia Station located west of the El Dorado Refinery, the El Dorado Pipeline system, two refined product pipelines, three small crude oil pipelines used by Delek and an unrelated third party, multiple short crude oil pipelines that are located on the El Dorado Refinery and the Sandhill Station owned by Delek adjacent to the El Dorado Refinery and transport all crude oil from the incoming pipelines in the Lion Pipeline System and the SALA Gathering System to and from a 150,000 barrel capacity storage tank, known as Tank 192 and Tank 192. The Company also owns two refined product pipelines that transport gasoline and diesel from the El Dorado Refinery to the nearby Enterprise TE Products Pipeline. It also owns three other short crude oil pipelines The Wholesale Marketing and Terminalling segment provides wholesale marketing and terminalling services to Delek's refining operations and to independent third parties from whom it receives fees for marketing, transporting, storing and terminalling refined products. It owns approximately 104 miles of product pipelines in west Texas that connect San Angelo and Abilene, Texas terminals to the Magellan Orion Pipeline. In addition, it provides products terminalling services to independent third parties and Delek's retail segment at its light products terminal in Nashville, Tennessee. The Company is subject to various federal, state and local environmental and safety laws enforced by a number of regulatory agencies.
