The Company along with its subsidiaries is a mall-based specialty retailer in the United States, and operates two retail divisions under the Finish Line brand name or Finish Line and Running Specialty Group or Running Specialty. It is a premium retailer of athletic shoes, apparel and accessories. The Company operated approximately 634 Finish Line stores, which average 5,463 square feet, in 45 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. In addition, the Company operates an e-commerce site, as well as mobile commerce via m.finishline.com. It provides selection of men's, women's, and kids' athletic shoes ("footwear"), as well as an assortment of apparel and accessories ("softgoods"). The brands name offered by company include Nike, Brand Jordan, adidas, Under Armour, Reebok, Asics, Brooks, New Balance, Mizuno, Skechers, Converse, Puma, The North Face, and others. Under the Finish Line brand name, the Company retails athletic shoes, both in-store and online. It operated Finish Line-branded athletic footwear shops in approximately 395 Macy's department stores, which average 1,024 square feet, in 37 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Running Specialty is a lifestyle retailer of precision-fitted running shoes, apparel, and accessories. It operated approximately 76 Running Specialty stores, which average 3,630 square feet, in 17 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. In addition, Running Specialty operates the e-commerce site. Running Specialty carries men's and women's performance running shoes, as well as an assortment of performance apparel and accessories. Brand names offered include Brooks, Asics, Nike, Saucony, New Balance, Mizuno, Feetures, Hoka, adidas, and Garmin.
