Wyndham Worldwide Corp is a hospitality company, offering individual consumers and business customers a suite of hospitality products and services. It operates three segments including, lodging, vacation exchange and rentals and vacation ownership.

Wyndham Worldwide Corp was incorporated in Delaware on May 5, 2003. It operates as a hospitality company and offers individual consumers and business customers a suite of hospitality products and services across accommodation alternatives and price ranges through its portfolio of world-renowned brands. The Company's operations are grouped into three segments: lodging, vacation exchange and rentals and vacation ownership. The lodging segment franchises hotels in the upscale, upper midscale, midscale, economy and extended stay segment and provides hotel management services for full-service and select limited-service hotels. Vacation Exchange and Rentals segment provide vacation exchange services and products to owners of intervals of vacation ownership interests (VOIs) and markets vacation rental properties on behalf of independent owners. The Vacation Ownership segment develops, markets and sells VOIs to individual consumers, provides consumer financing in connection with the sale of VOIs and provides property management services at resorts. The Company operates under 25 brands, which include Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Ramada, Days Inn, Super 8, Howard Johnson, Wingate by Wyndham, Microtel Inns & Suites, Tryp by Wyndham, RCI, Landal GreenParks, Novasol, Hoseasons, cottages4you, James Villa Holidays, Wyndham Vacation Rentals, Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Shell Vacations Club and WorldMark.
