It is engaged in providing a trusted, effective, and user focused online dating platform that addresses the dating and marriage needs of China's rapidly growing urban singles population. Its segments include: Online Services and Personalized Matchmaking Services. Online Services; the Group provides two types of online services through its online platforms, including message exchanging services and value-added services. Users prepay for virtual currencies that can be used as consideration for the Group's online services. The Group charges for message exchanging services when one registered user initiates contact with another registered user via the Group's online platform, and either the sender or recipient may pay for the service. Subsequently, the Group does not charge for any message exchanges between the same two users.
