Edge Asset Management is a private investment management company based out of Seattle. The company can trace its history back to 1939, when the Bond Research Corporation was established and began with its Composite Bond Fund, which was one of the first 50 mutual funds in the U.S. The company would be incorporated within the state of Washington in 1944 and be registered with the SEC in 1968.
