    appreciate the thorough and fast response. I agree with your criticism of the roll-up business model but think that it till applies to smaller firms like BDMS. Unless those offices are in the same city the distributor want give you a break on supplies and I assume the same goes for ad spend. Still a good company. Actually, I like both but for diff reasons. BDMS for fcf and dividend, WOOF as a consumer discretionary play. Thanks again
