The Company has placed 8,938,888 working capital units ("WC Units") for gross proceeds of $502,812. The Company is extending the offering for a further thirty (30) days to raise up to an aggregate of $2.5 million through the placement of up to the remaining 35,561,112 WC Units (the "Offering").
