Today, 15 companies' share price reached a new 52-week low. Of these companies, none appear to present an opportunity at the current price. Of the companies whose share price reached a new 52-week low, the majority were either Chinese companies or companies that have uncertain future prospects, such as Telecommuncation Systems (TSYS, Financial), which only recently became profitable. I do not have any confidence in my ability to predict whether or not the company will remain profitable. As a result, I will pass on this company.
