(“CSRI” or the “Corporation”) (TSXV:SPI, Financial) (OTCBB:CSPUF) announces the appointment of Sead Hamzagic as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Corporation, effective immediately, replacing Carrie Yuill who has resigned as Vice President Finance and CFO.
