- Kforce (KFRC): Kforce gained 22.6% following its earnings report Monday evening. Revenue of $343.02 million increased 1.2% year over year and beat estimates by $29.23 million. Q2 GAAP EPS of $0.47 beat estimates by $0.12.

- The NFIB Business Optimism Index decreased to 98.8 in July from 100.6.
- The Producer Price Index increased 0.6% in July following a decrease of -0.2%. The Producer Price Index decreased -0.4% year over year.
- The Core Producer Price Index increased 0.5% in July following a decrease of -0.3%. Year over year the Core Producer Price Index increased 0.3%.
- The Treasury held auctions for 119-day bills at a rate of 0.110%, 42-day bills at a rate of 0.095%, 52-week bills at a rate of 0.140% and three-year notes at a rate of 0.179%.
