The S&P 500 index saw its trailing 12-month revenue per share increase by approximately 4% every year over the past five years. The share price ($3,478.73 as of Wednesday) for the U.S. market benchmark rose by 75% over the past five years through Aug. 26.

Thus, investors may want to consider the following stocks, as they have topped the S&P 500 index in terms of a higher five-year revenue per share growth rate.

AAON Inc

The first company that qualifies is AAON Inc (

The Tulsa, Oklahoma-based manufacturer and seller of air conditioning and heating systems in North America saw its revenue per share increase 7% on average every year over the past five years.
