Evergy director bought 2,269,447 shares

Director C. John Wilder bought 2,269,447 shares of Evergy (EVRG, Financial) on April 14 for an average price of $49.87. The share price has increased by 26.91% since then.

Evergy is an American investor-owned utility company that was formed from a merger of Westar Energy and Great Plains Energy. On Feb. 26, Evergy announced it entered into agreements with Bluescape Energy Partners LLC and Elliot Investment Management LP. RAPT Therapeutics director bought 1,400 shares
