AppHarvest, Inc., et al., (Case No. 21-cv-07985) on behalf of persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired AppHarvest, Inc. (“AppHarvest” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: APPH) securities between May 17, 2021 and August 10, 2021, inclusive (the “Class Period”).
