Unidentified Analyst -So Rich, when you think about all that's gone on since your -- you started at Dover, a lot of cost-cutting initiatives have been put in place, first focus on the SG&A, now on the footprint. What's next? I know that there's a lot of stuff that you have going on within the organization today, but like what does Dover want to be beyond all of the cost cutting that will occur over the next, call it 1 to 2 years?
