Thank you, operator. Will the meeting please come to order. This is the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of NeoGenomics, Inc., a Nevada Corporation. I am Denise Pedulla, the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company. I have been appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as inspector of elections.
My job will be to certify the results of all voting accomplished before the meeting as well as recording and certifying all votes registered at this meeting.
