Thanks for attending our session here. I'm going to run through this deck relatively quick to allow sufficient time for questions. I have the privilege of managing the acceptance business at Usio. The acceptance business is all things credit card and ACH to include payment facilitation as a service. Just the kind of a high-level overview of Usio. We're an innovative fintech leader, diversified multiple payment channels, multiple business units. We primarily operate three different units: payment acceptance, card issuing and an output services division, which is print and mail.
12% year-over-year revenue growth, just under $70 million last year in revenue, 18% to 20% growth this year, 26 million shares outstanding. And you can see the numbers.
