Thank you. So I think before I start, it's probably helpful to give you some context on who PAR Technology is as it's a company in the midst of rapid change. And to kind of understand that change, I think you have to have a little bit of grounding where it came from.
The company was founded 50 years ago, originally as a government contractor to the Department of Defense, effectively doing IT projects for the U.S. government. And 10 years into its journey, it transformed into a point-of-sale company. One of the founders' mother was a McDonald's franchisee, convinced her kid to make a point-of-sale system and it very rapidly became the leading point
