So good morning, ladies and gentleman, and welcome to the Annual Meeting of Common Shareholders of GMP Capital, Inc. And welcome also to those of you who are joining us via audio webcast. My name is Don Wright, and I'm the Chair of the Board of Directors of GMP.
I will begin by introducing the people joining me at the head table. To my left are Harris Fricker, a Director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of GMP; and to his immediate left is Deborah Starkman, the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of GMP. We are also pleased to have a number of other members of our Board and nominee directors in attendance today, and I ask that they stand as I introduce them: David Ferguson; Kishore Kapoor; Julie Lassonde; Fiona Macdonald; Gene McBurney; and Kevin Sullivan.
