DATA Communications Management Corp. (TSX: DCM; OTCQX: DCMDF) conducted its annual shareholders meeting in Toronto on May 22, 2025. A total of 29 shareholders, representing 30,838,490 common shares or approximately 55.76% of the total voting power, attended in person or via proxy.

During the meeting, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was reappointed as the auditors of the Corporation. The decision was made by a show of hands, with 99.99% of the votes cast in favor (30,834,099 votes for and 4,391 votes withheld).

Furthermore, all eight directors proposed for election were appointed by ballot. Richard C. Kellam received 99.80% of the votes, Gregory J. Cochrane received 99.45%, and Merri L. Jones received 94.75% of the votes. Other directors elected include James J. Murray (99.78%), Michael G. Sifton (99.49%), J.R. Kingsley Ward (99.92%), Derek J. Watchorn (99.79%), and Alison Simpson (99.94%).
