Quantum Computing Inc. (NASDAQ: QUBT) will be included in the Russell 3000® and Russell 2000® indexes, effective after market opening on June 30, 2025. This decision follows the annual reconstitution of the indexes, based on market capitalization rankings as of April 30, 2025.

The Russell 3000® Index encompasses the largest 3,000 U.S. public companies by market cap, while the Russell 2000® Index focuses on small-cap companies.
