Pioneer AI Foundry Inc. (Cboe CA: JPEG), through its subsidiary Kora AI, has announced a strategic enterprise partnership with Standard Strategies, a Singapore-based firm focused on Bitcoin treasury management. This collaboration aims to enhance Standard Strategies' capabilities in managing reserve assets using Kora's AI-powered trading agents.
Under the terms of the agreement, Kora AI will receive 90,000 common shares, translating to a 9% equity stake in Standard Strategies. Beyond equity, Kora AI will play an active role in the development of AI trading agents to optimize asset management strategies.
This partnership represents a significant milestone as it features Kora AI's first private beta enterprise deployment aimed at institutional-grade infrastructure. The KORA platform, designed to autonomously monitor and analyze markets using AI, is set to be rolled out to strategic partners through licensing, white-labeling, and access-based revenue models including recurring subscriptions or usage-based fees.
