Apple (AAPL, Financial) is reportedly planning to release a series of new products in the first half of next year, including an affordable version of the iPhone along with several iPad models and an upgraded Mac lineup.
The budget-friendly smartphone, named iPhone 17e, is expected to launch before spring and will feature a design similar to the existing iPhone 16e model released earlier this year. However, it will be equipped with a more advanced A19 processor, compared to the A18 in the 16e.
In addition to the iPhone, Apple will introduce updates to its entry-level iPad, iPad Air, and external Mac displays. Plans are also underway to enhance the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. These laptops were initially scheduled for a launch this year, but Apple is considering postponing their release to next year.
