Ascot U.S. has officially rolled out the Guidewire ClaimCenter on the Guidewire Cloud Platform, aiming to transform its claims business by simplifying IT operations and adapting rapidly to market demands. The collaboration with Guidewire (GWRE) is set to enhance the value delivered to brokers and policyholders by optimizing claims handling using cloud technology.
The project, one of Ascot U.S.'s largest technological transformations to date, was successfully implemented in partnership with Cognizant, a Guidewire PartnerConnect Consulting Global Premier partner. "Thanks to the partnership and support we received from Guidewire and Cognizant, the project was delivered on time and under budget," stated Marina Barg, Chief Claims Officer at Ascot U.S.
Ascot U.S. has incorporated Guidewire Analytics and plans to leverage the Guidewire Marketplace and PartnerConnect ecosystem for better integration with third-party insurtechs. This initiative is expected to enhance the efficiency of specialty lines and improve overall service delivery.
Adding to the modernization efforts, Ascot U.S. has also implemented Guidewire Canvas and Guidewire Explore to refine catastrophe management and real-time data access. Additionally, the company selected SmartCOMM™ from Smart Communications for managing customer communications, enhancing the user experience even further.
