The US Pipe retirees were promised health insurance for 30 years. When a David Tepper (Trades, Portfolio) company - mueller cancelled the US Pipe reiree health insurance they claimed they did not offer benefits to retirees. the US Pipe retirees have documents claiming that their health insurance would not be canceled after a sale. The SEC document was filed in error. It is the Movie "SELMA" all over agin except it is old folks being stomped at the bridge by Mountain Brook. The Alabama management style rolls on as the retirees are cancelled for executive luxury cars to drive around Mountain Brook.
