Howard Marks (Trades, Portfolio) is having a hard time finding bargains. In fact he doesn't really see any bargains today.

In his view virtually every asset class is valued on the high side of fair.

There are a couple of asset classes that intrigue Marks but they are opportunities that are unavailable to most investors. He thinks second tier real estate is attractive and so are distressed European loans.
