Guru trims holdings in Etsy and Zayo Group

Wilbur Ross (Trades, Portfolio) of Invesco Private Capital (Trades, Portfolio) seldom makes huge – or numerous – quarterly transactions, and the first quarter was no exception as the guru had three significant deals in his portfolio. What was unusual was the fact that, for the first time in nearly two years, none of those transactions involved at least one acquisition.

(ETSY, Financial), an ecommerce company dealing primarily in homemade or vintage items (which must be at least 20 years old), by more than 77%. Ross sold 120,071 shares for an average price of $7.97 per share. The transaction had a -0.19% impact on Ross’ portfolio.

The remaining stake of 35,400 shares is 0.03% of Etsy’s outstanding shares and 0.05% of Ross’ total assets.
