- Jobless claims increased by 3,000 to 250,000.
- The PMI Services Index was reported at 53.7, decreasing from 54.5.

- Mortgage rates were lower for the week. The Freddie Mac weekly mortgage survey reported the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage average at 3.95%, decreasing from 3.99%. The 15-year fixed-rate mortgage average was 3.38%, decreasing from 3.44%.
