VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 30, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Teck Resources Limited (TSX:TECK.A, Financial) (TSX:TECK.B) (NYSE:TECK) (“Teck”) today announced that it has commenced cash tender offers (the "Tender Offers") to purchase up to U.S.$1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount (subject to increase by Teck, the "Aggregate Maximum Tender Amount") of the following series of notes (the “Notes”) issued by Teck:
