HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Aug. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NV5 Global, Inc. (the “Company” or “NV5”) ( NVEE), a provider of professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions, today announced the closing of a $115.4 million underwritten public offering of 1,460,500 shares of its common stock, including 190,500 shares sold by the selling stockholder named in the prospectus supplement upon the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, at a price of $79.00 per share. After the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company, NV5 expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $93.5 million in respect of primary shares sold in the offering.
BofA Merrill Lynch and Roth Capital Partners acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include paying for possible acquisitions from its current pipeline or the expansion of its business and providing working capital.
