Ms. Lynn joins Kaiser Aluminum from Coeur Mining, Inc. where she held finance positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer. Prior to that, she served in several commercial and investment banking roles with JP Morgan, Bear Stearns, and Goldman Sachs. Ms. Lynn currently serves as a member of the ICE Benchmark Administration Precious Metals Oversight Committee, which has a central and important role in the oversight and governance of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) Gold and Silver benchmarks. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the New York University Stern School of Business.
