The dividend will be payable January 18, 2019, to common shareholders of record on January 9, 2019.
Additionally, Banner will report its fourth quarter 2018 results after the market closes on Wednesday, January 23, 2019. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, January 24, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. PST (11:00 a.m. EST) to discuss the results. The call will also be broadcast live via the internet.
