( CTHR), the original and leading worldwide source of created moissanite, reported that in conjunction with its common stock offering announced today, the Company is providing fourth fiscal quarter and full-year fiscal 2019 net sales guidance on a one-time basis. Charles & Colvard expects net sales for its fourth fiscal quarter and full-year fiscal 2019 to be in the range of $7.0 to $7.2 million and $31.6 to $31.8 million, respectively.

The Company expects to report detailed fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year 2019 financial results in early September 2019.
