James Grant, editor of Grant's Interest Rate Observer, talks with Bloomberg's Pimm Fox about the outlook for the U.S. economy.

Grant has turned bull sometime in the middle of last year. His bullishness is built on that we tend to do too much on the down side and do too much on the up side. On the down side, people tend to cut too many people and too much inventory. When the things turn around, in the end, we will not be too bad after all.
