QEP Resources Completes Redemption of Its 6.8% Senior Notes Due 2020

DENVER, Nov. 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- QEP Resources, Inc. (:QEP) (QEP or the Company) today announced that it completed its previously announced redemption of its 6.8% Senior Notes due 2020 (the “2020 Notes”) in the aggregate principal amount of $51.8 million. The 2020 Notes were redeemed at a redemption price equal to 101.287% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but not including, November 22, 2019.
